Whether you're checking if your PC can run a new game, preparing to sell your computer, or deciding on an upgrade, knowing your exact specs saves time. You can check them right in the browser without downloading anything.

Check specs with Dagochim

  1. Open the PC Specs Checker tool.
  2. The page automatically reads what your browser can detect: operating system, browser, CPU core count, approximate RAM, GPU name, screen resolution, and network type.
  3. Copy the results as text or save as an image to share.

Browsers limit hardware details for privacy. The RAM shown is approximate, and some GPU names may appear as the integrated graphics if your browser is using power-saving mode. For exact numbers, use the Windows methods below as well.

Comparing specs to game requirements

Game stores list "Minimum" and "Recommended" specs. Minimum means the game will launch, but may stutter. Recommended means smooth gameplay at intended settings. When comparing CPU generations (e.g., i5-12400 vs. i5-10400) or GPU tiers (e.g., RTX 3060 vs. GTX 1660), check a benchmark comparison site for a clear picture.

Frequently asked questions

Why does the browser show less RAM than I have?

Browsers round or cap the reported RAM for privacy reasons. For the exact amount, check Task Manager → Performance → Memory.

Can I check specs on a Chromebook?

Yes. The browser-based tool works on Chromebooks too, though it will show Chrome OS and limited hardware details. For more, go to Settings → About Chrome OS.

Is it safe to share my specs?

Specs like CPU model and RAM amount are not sensitive. Avoid sharing your IP address, serial number, or Windows product key publicly.
