One run instead of three tools
Application packs and claim forms usually need one file, a size limit and page numbers. This recipe merges everything in order, compresses with "Normal" (text stays sharp), and then adds "1 / total" numbers at the bottom center, so the numbers are applied after compression and stay crisp.
Save it for next time
If you submit the same kind of pack every month, press "Save as my recipe". It stays on this device, and "Copy recipe link" lets you share the exact steps and settings (never the files) with a colleague.
How to use
- Check the steps and settings above. Add steps or change their order if needed.
- Drop or choose your PDF and photo files. You can reorder them in the file list.
- Press "Run all steps". Each step runs in turn and shows its result.
- Preview and download the finished PDF. Save combinations you use often with "Save as my recipe".
Good to know
- Everything runs in your browser's memory. Very many or very large files can be slow, so split them if needed.
- Password-protected PDFs must be unlocked first with the PDF password remover.
- iPhone HEIC photos and HWP files can't be added directly. Convert them to JPG or PDF first.
Frequently asked questions
In what order are the steps run?
Merge, then compress, then page numbers. You can reorder steps with the ↑↓ buttons.
Will the text stay selectable?
Yes, with the default "Normal" compression.
Can I share my settings?
Yes. "Copy recipe link" copies a link with the steps and settings only.
Is there a file limit?
There is no fixed limit, but very many or very large files can make the browser slow. Split them into smaller batches if needed.
